Bridesmaid Bouquet
| Early brides would have a ‘maid’ whose role was to assist them in matrimonial preparations and pick flowers for the bouquet on the dawn of the wedding. Bridesmaids now have their own bouquets often slightly smaller and reflecting the bride’s flowers. Young flower girls may have smaller posies that also complement the bridal bouquet.
